Discipleship & Leadership Development
RU4 believes God's word is meant for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training (2 Timothy 3:16). RU4 is passionate about discipleship and leadership development through both Bible Skills Institutes (BSIs) and Training 4 Trainers (T4T). BSIs are mobile Bible colleges intended to train pastors and missionaries in-country to work effectively within ministry. Students are taught and trained by scholars within the field and, once completed, leave well equipped to start their own ministry and make disciples for the glory of God. RU4 has implemented Bible colleges (with 20 different biblical courses) and ministry training centers in India, Cambodia, and Nepal! In addition to these Bible colleges and training centers, RU4 uses T4T to help disciple. T4T. leads to quick understanding of the gospel and multiplication of the body of Christ.
