While 2020 may have been an unprecedented year, God was moving and opening up doors that we didn't know we would be able to walk through. Our partners in India were given the opportunity to take in children that had been orphaned either from the effects of COVID-19 or the abandonment of their parents because they could no longer afford them. The choice was leave them on the street or figure out a way to support them. When our partners reached out, we knew we couldn't leave these children on the street. Along with our partners, we decided to help these children, bring them in off the street, clothe them, feed them, disciple them, and show them the love of Christ. Many of these children feel unloved and unwanted, especially because their culture has taught them that it is their fault or the fault of their parents in a past life that they are where they are. But we know and want them to know that they are LOVED and that Jesus came to their rescue and will never leave them nor forsake them.
It costs $55 a month to provide all that is needed for one child to remain in the care of our partners in India.
